  This is a "working" site on the Net, developed to share the results of my genealogical research, begun in 1966.  Since that time I have published ten books, contributed to a number of county histories, and corresponded with hundreds of relatives.

This site constitutes the paternal and maternal ancestry of my two sons, Richard and Jonathan, to whom it is dedicated.
